Watch the fine print
When receiving these great specials I checked the fine print and it always amazes me what other companies leave out. The first ad for “whole house duct clean for $129″ is only for the first 10 ducts, most homes have between 20-30 ducts. The second ad for “Duct cleaning special for $67.95″ sounds great till you check out the fine print, the price is for 1 return most houses have 5-10 returns. The third special on carpet cleaning offers great prices, when you check the fine print it says” heavy or spotted carpets may require extra cleaning” or more cost. I can’t stand a company who doesn’t believe the public is smart enough to make a decision with the real information/prices available.
